About Lourdes

I graduated from The University of Texas Pan-American with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 1999. Serving the RGV as a teacher for 24 years and being married to a residential home builder has kept me connected to the needs of our communities and has filled me with all the skills needed as a sales agent to guide and educate you in the real estate process as you sell or buy a home. My strong negotiation, communication, problem solving, and organization skills ensures that I will be empathetic to your needs, have active listening skills, will use positive conflict resolution techniques if needed, and be able to explain things in a simple understandable manner as we navigate through the real estate market together.
